Religion is a part of spirituality, and spirituality is a part of religion. So, to answer the question whether you believe in God if your are spiritual, yes, you do. And that is something you can believe whether you consider yourself to be religious or not. However the two intertwine for you, it is possible to consider yourself spiritual rather than religious.
